By registering for and participating in fibertime™ gaming tournaments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable South African laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in our competitions.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 13 years of age or older
• Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
• Participants must be residents of South Africa
• Participants must register at a designated gaming hub
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful

3. Competition Rules

Participants agree to:

• Follow all tournament rules and guidelines
• Compete fairly without cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics
• Use their own registered accounts and devices
• Respect other players, staff, and gaming hub facilities
• Attend scheduled matches and competitions on time

4. Code of Conduct

Participants must not:

• Use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other participants or staff
• Engage in any form of cheating or unfair play
• Share accounts or collude with other players
• Disrupt gaming hub operations or damage property

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disqualification, suspension, or permanent ban from fibertime™ gaming events.

5. Prizes and Awards

• Prizes are awarded as specified in tournament announcements
• Prize eligibility is subject to verification of participant information
• Taxes on prizes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner
• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
• fibertime™ gaming reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding associated with fibertime™ gaming are the property of fibertime™ and are protected by South African intellectual property laws. Participants may not use our trademarks or content without explicit written permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

fibertime™ gaming provides tournament services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for:

• Technical difficulties or internet connectivity issues
• Loss of data or game progress
• Injuries sustained at gaming hubs (except where caused by our negligence)
• Disputes between participants

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in tournaments at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to the gaming community.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with South African law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued participation in our tournaments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
